Our climate and
environmental impact

  • We constantly strive to make our processes as sustainable as possible: we use renewable energy where we can, minimise water consumption, and aim for zero waste.
  • The CO2 we capture only comes from the by-products of the fermentation industries. This creates no additional pressure on the environment and does not compete with food production.
  • Our climate impact is ISO certified and registered with Puro.
